On March 25, 2001, an elite group of cats convened in Geneva, Switzerland, to discuss a strategy to save General Hospital. Their plan: the overthrow of the production and writing team, and return of the show to normalcy. For the next four months, they trained in the Iraqi desert for OPERATION C.A.T.N.I.P., vowing to use whatever tactics needed to achieve their goals: Biting. Pissing. Demands. The Pitiful Look.  In July 2001,  Agent Leo launched the first successful initiative with a pissing trip to the Los Angeles home of producer Jill "GodJilla" Phelps. Today, the cats remain committed to the successful fulfillment of their goals.
This is a security-cleared version of our progress report, presented to the U.S. Congress on Aug. 20, 2001. The contents of these reports are not to be used for commercial purposes.
